How we are organised

  • Operations and payouts: manages partner relationships and settlement in each corridor.
  • Compliance: owns identity verification, monitoring and regulatory reporting.
  • Engineering: builds and runs the web and mobile products.
  • Customer support: handles tracing, corrections and everything customers actually ask.

How we hire

We look for people who treat a delayed transfer as somebody's rent rather than a support ticket. Care about the detail matters more here than pedigree.
